About Big Concierge

Big Concierge is a private website that allows hotel employees to book reservations at area restaurants, tours, and clubs for their guests and earn money at the same time. Restaurants pay concierges $1 PER PERSON in referral fees, clubs pay $2.50 PER PERSON, and tours pay a percentage of the average tour prices usually in the $1 - $3 PER PERSON range. At the end of the month concierge referral amounts are added up and a check is mailed if you have accrued more than $25 in referrals. Otherwise, the balance rolls over into the next month. Booking a reservation takes about 30 seconds and we offer some other features that make using Big Concierge useful, easy and fun.

What Features Do Concierges Have?
Once you become a member, you can use any computer with internet access to book reservations for guests. Some venues may offer a perk to the guest and there is a tool that lets you search for perks and availability at participating restaurants. After entering the reservation details, you have the option to send the guest an SMS notification of the reservation by entering their phone number. You may also print a door to door map from your hotel to the venue that includes reservation details and driving directions. We offer periodic booking contests for traffic sent to all our venues and each venue may also offer a contest for traffic sent to their location specifically. Contest traffic is reported in real time and you can see who is winning on a daily basis. You may invite other members to join and receive bonuses for helping spread the word. And if you're really connected in the industry, you may become a reseller and earn ongoing residual income from getting businesses involved.
How Does it Work for Businesses
Businesses set up an account at Reservation Genie. There are a series of settings they configure that help control traffic flow such as maximum party size and required notice. They can use it as a primary reservation system by connecting their website to book reservations or use it in conjunction with other reservation systems like Open Table. We charge a monthly fee of $49 per month that covers the cost of all reservations from the business website, any of their regular customers who come back to book directly through Reservation Genie, and reseervations entered by their staff. Busiensses pay an additional fee for traffic from concierges and affiliate sites, which we share 50-50 with the booking party. If guests do not show or party size is smaller than originally booked, the venue can mark the entire party No Show and/or revise the party size to avoid paying referrals for traffic that did not show up. Venues have access to reports that show them where their traffic originated so they can use it to help manage their relationship with concierges, local websites, and their patrons. If Big Concierge is not active in their area, they can invite concierges to join and receive a rebate when those concierges send them business.
